- Custom-Engineered with the Industrys
Leading Technology
The MCSInfinity System combines Sono-Teks industry-proven
spray modules into custom-engineered solutions for the precise
and trouble-free application of coatings. Using Sono-Teks
patented ultrasonic spray technology, the MCSInfinity System
delivers a soft, uniform, and highly controllable spray pattern
over virtually any width.
The MCSInfinity System offers significant advantages over
conventional pressure-spray methods in a broad range of applications.
Whether you are coating a narrow strip of electronic components,
moving webs of non-woven fabrics, or exceptionally wide ribbons
of float glass, the MCSInfinity System maintains precise
control of the coating at the flow rate you specify. Waste is
greatly reduced, since the system does not produce overspray,
and maintenance is kept to a minimum because nozzles will not
clog. In addition, the titanium and 316 stainless steel construction
of the MCSInfinity System makes it compatible with almost
any liquid.
Manufactured by the industrys
leader in ultrasonic spray equipment, each MCSInfinity
System features:
